About the Role:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Casual Admin Reliever Staff within the Surgical and Perioperative Medicine Division (SAPOM).
As the Relieving Administrative Officer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of the SAPOM Division. In this casual role, you will be responsible for filling temporary staffing gaps due to short-term leave shortages. Your primary focus will be to provide essential administrative and clerical support, contributing to the efficient management of patients within the ward/unit/area.
As the Administration Officer, you will:
- Report to the Administration Manager SAPOM through various channels, including the Nurse Unit Manager, Head of Unit, or Administrative Managers;
- Work flexibly within a Casual Pool of administrative employees to cover short-term leave shortages;
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to patient management within the SAPOM Division; and
- Deliver a customer-focused service, ensuring a positive experience for patients, their families, and staff.
