AddressAs Reception at Alchemy Saunas, you will be the welcoming face to our members, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they step through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, assisting with check-ins, and providing information about our services and amenities.
- Handling any in person enquiries and addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Providing guidance on sauna & ice bath usage, and its health benefits to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborating with our team to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue, including sauna rooms, change rooms and common spaces.
- Assisting with retail sales of any retail wellness products and merchandise.
- Upholding our standards of excellence in customer service, actively seeking feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
