Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Supervisor to join our clients dynamic team at their large iron ore mine in the Pilbara.What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of 15-20 direct reports in a large-scale open pit mining operation.
• Ensure efficient and safe production processes within the Load & Haul environment.
• Oversee daily operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and achieve company goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a Mining Production Load & Haul environment.
• Currently hold or are working towards Section 26 certification.
• Demonstrated history of operating in a production all-round capacity.
• Experience with Frontrunner Autonomous Haulage System is desirable but not essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
