As a Scheduler you will be responsible for coordinating the roster for our clients while maintaining teams and or assisting and matching the staff member to the client personality and needs.

• Using our digital rostering system to prepare and manage the roster.
• Ensuring all data is entered and data integrity is maintained
• Phone and email communication with clients and Care Team
• Administration duties
• Problem solving and trouble shooting
• Continually communicating and working with others in the Care Management to satisfy the needs of all clients in the business.

This is a full time Monday - Friday role with a rotational on call roster. (Remunerated accordingly)
