Ideally, the successful candidate will have:
- At least 2 years residential scheduling or estimating experience in residential construction
- A team player, able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organisation skills and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy with proficiency across the MS Office suite of applications
- Price materials and labour to provide accurate BOQ
- Liaise with suppliers for quotes and liaise with the sales team with costings, providing variations as required
- Process invoices or suppliers and subcontractors
- Review in construction schedules, analyse variances and take offs
- Liaise with estimator to update and maintain variations
- Reconciliation of scheduled/ estimated margins
- Liaise with estimators to update and maintain variations
- Liaise with supervisors, administration staff, sales team and construction manager
