ABOUT YOU/ DESIRED SKILL SET
- Hold at least 2-3 years of scheduling and estimating experience in Perth's residential building sector with single and double level homes.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Previous expertise in material quantity take-offs, procurement, and costing, covering budget estimates, variations, and contract pricing.
- Display a positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and high work standards with acute attention to detail.
- Ideally, you'll have a passion for construction, numerical acumen, and strong organisational abilities.
