The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Sales/Estimator for our new Bayswater Operation. This position is a permanent role to the suitable candidate of which requires a proactive person who can work autonomously on a day-to-day basis whilst ensuring all tasks are complete as per company requirements.

To be considered, applicants must be meet the following criteria:
You must have the following
- Experience in the steel industry is essential
- 5 years minimum previous experience as an estimator is required
- Competent in interpretating technical drawings
- Basic understanding and knowledge of Auto CAD
- Previous steel processing or CNC plasma cutting background is an advantage
- Computer literacy is a must
Job Tasks and responsibilities:
- Assisting in the day to day estimating from drawings
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers obtaining competitive prices
- Attending to general enquiries and providing updates to customers
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clientele and suppliers
- Ensuring quotes are accurate, competitive and submitted within the quickest lead time
- Continuously reviewing and updating processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
