About the role
Fantastic opportunity is now available within our reinforcing estimating and scheduling department based in Pooraka, SA.
Whilst we seek an experienced Scheduler in this instance, opportunities for Traineeships may exist for the right candidates. Candidates will require to have previous exposure in Quantity Surveying, Architectural take-offs (Not design) or an Engineering related role to be considered.
Duties to include, however not limited to
- Responsible for scheduling and estimating reinforcing products for concrete structures within the civil, commercial and residential markets.
- Preparation and analysis of lump sum reinforcement tenders.
- Communicate successfully with architects, engineers, builders and site personnel within the construction and associated industries
Skills and qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Able to extract information from structural and architectural drawings and raise quantity schedules of reinforcement rebar and mesh.
- A high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent technical aptitude.
- Proficient time-management skills.
