The RoleAs the
Scheduling Coordinator, reporting to the Maintenance Lead, you will be based at our Western Treatment Plant in Werribee, and will involve facilitating the scheduling and coordination of Maintenance related activities by the delivery and Operations teams and service providers.
Your key responsibilities include:- Scheduling and delivery of maintenance, and capital works in accordance to MW's operational requirements
- Improving delivery coordination activities across operations, maintenance and capital works
- Providing advice to service providers teams regarding maintenance of facilities and operational / customer priorities or issues
- Demonstrating the support of safety and wellbeing

Your Skills and Experience- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the maintenance of large and complex mechanical and electrical plant and equipment.
- Understanding of a process driven operational environment
- Scheduling, Planning, Project Management or hands on Operational experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills and an ability to balance priorities.
- Relevant trade/industry experience or relevant tertiary degree or planning qualification.
- Certificate 3 in Water Management (advantageous)
- Water/Sewerage Plant experience (advantageous)
- Police and Medical checks
- Victorian Drivers Licence
