Scheduling/Admin Assistant - Westral Home Improvements, Canning Vale

Scheduler required to work in a busy office environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join Westral Home Improvements, the leading WA manufacturer of security doors, screens, blinds, awnings, roller shutters and timber shutters. Now in its 51st year with the same ownership, Westral has the reputation for providing long-term employment to staff members who want to be part of a team and understand that the customer is the priority. The successful applicant will be working at the Westral Head Office situated on Bannister Road, Canning Vale. Training will be given.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

• Be able to schedule the daily fitting requirements for the installers who call out to the clients' homes to install the made to measure Westral products 
• After training, to be able to understand the amount of work each installer is able to fit per day and schedule accordingly
• Have excellent communication skills with customers, installers, factory staff and fellow office staff
• Excellent telephone manner
• Have competency when inputting computer data such as word processing and email
• Be able to work under pressure and carry out a diverse range of duties including following up on customer queries and general clerical duties
• Have a good presentation with an enthusiastic personality
• Be able to work in a team environment and also to work autonomously

Working Monday to Friday, 38 hours plus one in three or one in four Saturday mornings.
