Scheduler required to work in a busy office environment. The successful applicant will be working at the Westral Head Office situated on Bannister Road, Canning Vale. Training will be given.
Applicants should possess the following attributes:
- Be able to schedule the daily fitting requirements for the installers who call out to the clients' homes to install the made to measure Westral products
- After training, to be able to understand the amount of work each installer is able to fit per day and schedule accordingly
- Have excellent communication skills with customers, installers, factory staff and fellow office staff
- Excellent telephone manner
- Have competency when inputting computer data such as word processing and email
- Be able to work under pressure and carry out a diverse range of duties including following up on customer queries and general clerical duties
- Have a good presentation with an enthusiastic personality
- Be able to work in a team environment and also to work autonomously
Working Monday to Friday, 38 hours plus one in three or one in four Saturday mornings.
