TalentBlue is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of significant accounts, with a focus on growth and client satisfaction. While recruitment experience is highly advantageous, a passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving business targets is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inherit and manage a large national account and multiple smaller accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
