As a Lead Educator, you will:
- Lead and collaboratively develop the curriculum with educators, children, and families.
- Facilitate planning and documentation cycles, including summative assessments and critical reflections.
- Support the well-being of yourself, colleagues, and children.
- Actively engage in and role model compliance practices.
- Lead children's learning and development, ensuring a strong sense of identity, connection, contribution to the world, well-being, confidence, involvement in learning, and effective communication.
- Implement the Reggio Emilia Approach in education and care delivery.
- Attend team meetings, special events, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Supervise children actively, guide colleagues in supervision practices, and contribute to a positive environment.

Operational collaboration with professional educators, the lead educator group, and reporting to the Executive Service Manager.
WHO ARE YOU?
- Hold a Diploma in an approved qualification
- Someone that can work full time hours
- Possess a valid working with children check.
- Align with the educational philosophy of the Reggio Emilia Approach.
- Are driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children.
- Have experience leading a room or a team
