About the Role: We are seeking to welcome an IT Support Officer to the role of technology support at Clairvaux MacKillop College on contract until the end of 2024 school year. The role supports the Information Technology Lead to develop and deliver IT services for the college in line with BCE requirements. This role will primarily be responsible for the deployment, support, troubleshooting and repair of all college devices. The role will liaise with staff, students, and parents of the college.

- Previous experience in providing IT support, particularly in a large educational environment.
- Enjoy a varied role that includes providing IT solutions for both primary and secondary students and teaching staff.
- A passion for helping others and finding the right IT solution within guidelines.
- Suitable tertiary qualifications
