Students in Year 3 & 4 will engage in a four-week program to adopt Melbourne United players' habits and behaviours, enhancing their skills and resilience on and off the court.About the Role: The
School Programs Business Executive plays a pivotal strategic role in ensuring the long-term sustainability of the STAND TALL program. Responsibilities include effectively marketing the program, strengthening the Melbourne United brand in primary schools, and fostering relationships with educational institutions and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:Sales and Marketing:
- Promote the STAND TALL program to Melbourne primary schools.
- Pursue business opportunities and growth areas.
- Visit schools and make sales calls.
- Follow up on leads promptly.
- Use LinkedIn and industry events to engage with schools and educators.
Brand Representation:
- Act as a brand ambassador for the STAND TALL program and Melbourne United.
- Maintain a proactive, goal-oriented approach to exceed monthly KPIs.
Relationship Management:- Develop and maintain partnerships with schools and educators.
- Manage and report on the school opportunity pipeline.
About The Ideal Candidate:We seek a dynamic individual passionate about education and community engagement, with:
- Experience and Knowledge: Proven sales experience in the education sector, understanding school leadership dynamics and the Victorian School Curriculum.
