Through our teaching, research, and community engagement, we aim to enhance understanding of human culture, thought, and expression while promoting meaningful, healthy, and sustainable lives for all.The School Services Assistant for the School of Health and Society is responsible for delivering high quality administrative support to the Head of School and School Manager. This is a varied administrative role which also includes diary management, managing staff inquiries, overseeing facilities and IT needs, taking meeting minutes, learning and teaching support, event support and other administrative roles for the School as required.We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in administrative support and/or customer service, with a demonstrated enthusiasm for process improvement, strong organisational skills, and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.How to ApplyApplicants are requested to submit a CV and cover letter.
