About you
The successful applicant will support the administrative functions of the College in the Attendance Office, working 76 hours per fortnight: 5 days - 8:00am to 4:00pm.
This is a permanent, Level 4, full-time position, commencing Term 2
To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate;
- A commitment to supporting the spiritual and cultural Catholic school environment for young women in the Marist tradition.
- Flexible, adaptive, and willing to assist with a diverse range of support roles across the College;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Competence and confidence in using a variety of ICT including Microsoft Office Applications;
- Ability to respond to sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality;
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal;
- Professional presentation;
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously.
You will have attained:
- Familiarity with the Mac OS X operating systems and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with the COMPASS platform or readiness to engage with it
- SCS Employee ID number or a commitment to Register to Work in SCS.
