HSE SYSTEMS AdministratorAbout the RoleRedpath Australia are currently seeking a HSE Systems Administrator to administer HSE systems and coordinate HSE activities across the business.You will report to the General Manager HSE and provide some additional administrative support to the rest of the HSE Team.This is a permanent role based at our Eagle Farm Head Office facilities in Brisbane.Key duties include:
- Administration of HSE systems and document control;
- Support and training of others in the use of HSE systems;
- Assist in the coordination activities to ensure Redpath remains current with legislation and certification requirements;
- Update documents as required in collaboration with Management and subject matter experts;
- Coordinate the collection of HSE performance data and compile reports;
- Recordkeeping of your activities;
- Other tasks as delegated by HSE Management;
- Assist the LMS Coordinator as required;
- Coordination and Planning of HSE activities and schedules;
- High-level Microsoft Office suite knowledge and skills;
- Must have some experience working with management systems and controlled documents;
- Must have some experience working in a health, safety, environment and/or quality space;
- Experience with Safety software systems an advantage;
- Ability to apply policies, procedures, and applicable legislative requirements to your work;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Attention to detail and data entry accuracy;
- Ability to maintain up to date records;
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume processing environment;
