Multiple opportunities available for an experienced Screen Printer with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to take on a Supervisory position.
The companies are leaders in the design and manufacture of a range of industrial and promotional products.
As the Screen-Printing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the printing operations and managing a skilled team of printers. You'll be hands-on, coordinating staff on the floor to ensure timely completion of jobs while also stepping in to operate machines when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing printing staff to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery of orders.
- Providing hands-on support by operating printing machines when necessary.
- Collaborating with the factory manager to schedule and plan printing jobs effectively.
- Ensuring quality control standards are maintained throughout the printing process.
- Training and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Screen Printing.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of printing equipment and techniques.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and staffing needs.
