We have multiple opportunities for nurses with surgical scrub / scout experience to work on a casual or contract basis in surgical clinical support for Medical Devices. Our clients are some of the leading organisations in Orthopaedics, Spine and Neuromodulation and require ongoing casual clinical support to assist their customers through periods of growth and team leave.
You’ll be responsible for checking equipment and surgical plans pre-operatively, supporting the surgical team through procedures, restocking equipment, checking consignment sets and communicating product usages post-operatively.
You get to utilise the knowledge and skills you’ve developed so far through your nursing career whilst getting the opportunity to determine if making a transition into MedTech full-time is for you.

You have:
- Nursing Qualification
- Experience in the surgical environment preferably as scrub / scout nurse (anaesthetic nurses are also welcome to apply)
- Exceptional communication skills and an ability to “read the room”
- Great organisational skills
- Reliable, flexible and efficient nature
