Moriah College is a co-educational Early Learning - Year 12 Jewish Day School based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The College has earned an outstanding reputation for academic excellence complimented by dynamic co- and extra-curricular programs.
  
Commencing Term 3 (23rd July), Moriah College has an exciting opportunity available for an engaging, personable and organised individual to be a key point of contact for families interested in enrolling their children into our Early Learning Centres.
  
TheEnrolments and Engagement Officerplays a key role in the building and maintaining of relationships between prospective and current families and coordinating the end-to-end administration of student enrolments with a focus of children entering the early years. This is a permanent part time position, 4 days a week.
  

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Document all enrolment enquiries through the College CRM
  • Provide a smooth and positive enrolment experience for parents
  • Provide a high level of customer service, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and maintain student information on the College database
  • Maintain accurate data for wait-listed applicants, noting date of application and Priority Status Wait Lists.
  • Communicate with Enrolments Manager and Early Learning Centre Campus Coordinators regarding student movement, including change of days, starting date and leaving date
  • Prepare letters of offer to parents
  • Follow up outstanding offers within a reasonable timeframe
  • Assist Enrolments Manager with onboarding of new enrolments into each campus
  • Schedule orientation morning for parents and students
  • Assist in the preparation of Information Evening to prospective families
  • Assist and conduct tours of our three campuses as required
  • Engage with prospective families participating in our 0-2 year old playgroup
  
Experience Required:
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role providing high level customer service
  • Experience in an educational institution is highly desirable
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient IT skills and database management skills
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong organisational skills and administrative abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced organisation
  • Discreet and highly confidential in all work tasks
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to:
    • Prioritise tasks, executing numerous concurrent tasks and projects
    • Track and sustain tasks until completion, providing regular progress reports
    • Work without supervision
  • Be a team player, prepared to support other members of the team as required
  • Knowledge of Sydney Jewish community advantageous
