The role
You will be working alongside the company managers and partners. Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office. In this diverse firm no to days are the same. Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Managing staff birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations
- Organising meetings, diary management and maintaining the office database
- Office compliance and ASIC and ATO correspondence
- Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Point of contact for mailing, maintenance, office supplies, bills etc.
About you
- Proven experience as a Practice / Office Manager
- Public Practice accounting experience
- Key attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Possess a caring, endearing and people centric personality
- Experience in Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB
- Aims to create a positive, productive work environment, contributing to their collective success
