ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Customer Service Team delivers exceptional sales and Customer Service support over the phone and in person for each of our tours. Our team support each other, and a variety of tasks including making reservations, liaising with our clients over the phone and in person, receiving stock deliveries, cleaning, opening and closing our Sea World Cruises Terminal.
Shifts vary, and can be between 7am - 7pm, Monday - Sunday.
Our casual pool must be available over all school holidays and Public Holidays - including Easter, Christmas Day and New Years Eve.
Duties include:
- Reservations & Booking management - ensuring accurate and efficient reservation processes are followed.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous Customer Service, addressing questions, concerns, and special requests.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email and live chat, providing information about our services and addressing enquiries.
- Computer Skills: Utilise information technology systems and software to manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Assisting with cleaning duties for our Sea World Marine Precinct Terminal building to provide customers with a positive experience at all times
- Team Work: This position is on site within a team, where we support each other to ensure we provide the very best Customer Service.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone to join our team who has experience with this type of role and is passionate as well as professional with the following skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and efficient Customer Service skills.
- Understanding of sales and a desire to secure bookings.
- Experience in reservations, events or management of group bookings.
- Familiarity with office software and cloud based information systems.
- Proficiency in using reservation software.
- Willing to go above and beyond with prescribed duties and Customer Service tasks.
- A genuine desire to go above and beyond for our clients and our team
