Secondary Art Teacher

Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Calling all Junior Art educators! Tradewind has partnered with a secondary college in Melbourne's East, to teach Art to students in years 7-10. This full-time position starts as soon as possible with interviews commencing next week. Join a fantastic government school committed to delivering outstanding education to students.Key Duites:

• Design and deliver art lessons that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of primary students.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages self-expression and artistic exploration.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate projects and activities to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of art.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' artistic endeavours to facilitate their growth and development.

Skills & Experience:

• Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Must have a valid and up-to-date VIT registration
• Demonstrate previous experience in teaching secondary Mathematics
• Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years (student-teacher mentors are acceptable).
