Secretary Planning Services
to join their team in Rockingham.
About the role:
The Secretary Planning Services position works under limited supervision of the Coordinator Statutory Planning and prioritises their own work to ensure all tasks are performed within a satisfactory timeframe.
This is a short back-fill role from 17th of April to 10th of June.
Hourly rate: $43.12 per hour
Professional Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Planning Services Team
• Assign electronic mail (daily) and assist with phone enquiries received by the Planning Services Team
• Arrange meetings and appointments for the Planning Managers and Coordinators
• Arrange public consultation, collate and prepare a Schedule of Submissions
• Prepare and collate Reports, Bulletins and correspondence
• Maintain a Planning Administration Manual including the preparation and maintenance of instruction sheets and general information handouts and photocopying
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and effective filing system

Requirements:

• Knowledge of TRIM/HPECM and Authority
• Local Government experience
• Sound knowledge of agenda/minutes preparation
• Knowledge of Town Planning office administration procedure will be advantageous
• Experience in a similar role to be able to hit the ground running
