Job Description

Prosperity Wealth Management is an award-winning, highly respected, dynamic & innovative boutique financial services business looking for the final piece of the puzzle to join our small team.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED, Full or Part-time ( Min 4 days P/w) Client Services Officer (CSO) to join our dynamic & award-winning team located in Mount Pleasant.

The Role

The CSO will report to the Practice Manager and will be responsible for all administrative functions related to supporting our Director & Principal Adviser, in the provision of best practice, client-centric, ongoing services to a diverse client base of over 500 clients.

Duties of this role will include (but not limited to):

1. Administering business systems & processes for effective advice delivery,
2. Maintaining business relationships with int/ext customers & stakeholders,
3. Supporting the Adviser to provide best practice advice & customer service.

Specific Accountabilities of this role will include (But are not limited to)

Supporting the Practice Manager by:

• Completing data entry using, XPLAN and other CRM systems,
• Preparing documentation and correspondence for clients,
• Lodging, following up on and implementing new business applications,
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions & other business entities,
• Managing review, Customer Service Agreement and fee Consent process 
• Following up, completing and onboarding new clients,
• Prepare client communications’ including Social media, emails, & ph calls,
• Prepare customer files for paraplanning and audits,
• Assist with general customer service inquiries,
• Complete all other general admin tasks as directed.

To be considered for this role applicants MUST have the following;

1. Australian Citizenship or Residency
2. Currently, living in Perth Western Australia
3. Must have previous experience within financial services (within the last 5 years) including the following:
   1. Previous XPLAN CRM Experience 
   2. Experience using Super and insurance platforms / Websites, 
   3. High proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, 
4. Clear & concise communication skills – both written & verbal,
5. Ability to work to deadlines within a compliance framework,
6. Possess high attention to detail and a sense of urgency, 
7. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, and the desire to be successful,
8. Display resilience, common sense & compassion,
9. Capable of working autonomously within a small team environment, 
10. Possess a sense of humour and a positive outlook on life,
11. Qualifications in Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking or Accounting would be an advantage (But is not essential),
