Secure-ISS Account Manager

This position based on the Gold Coast and reporting to the Commercial Director, will be responsible for developing and implementing Cyber account management strategies in the education sector across Australia.

As our first Account Manager, you will have access to a rich customer base to sell to who are actively securing their businesses and maturing their security posture.

You would be a good fit for this role if
You are a collaborative team player with a background in startups/ small businesses; adept at setting your own calendar and driving activities independently.
Passionate about cybersecurity and helping customers upgrade their defense and response infrastructure, controls and processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives, introducing new products to existing customers as they mature along their cybersecurity journey.
- Collaborate closely with the SOC Governance and customer success teams to provide customers the best support, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Set and conduct periodic sales calls with customers to understand their ongoing cybersecurity requirements.
- Guide customers on their cybersecurity journeys, manage satisfactions levels and find opportunities for further strengthening their cybersecurity posture.
- Lead the development of our overarching expansion strategy into our current market.
- Use CRM to build and maintain a robust account management pipeline.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT/tech sales and experience using CRM tools. (Pipedrive and NetSuite Oracle)
- Experience working in startups/ small businesses with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in cybersecurity sales will be looked at very favourably.
