About the Role:
In this role you will be required to develop new business, maintain relationships with existing RYCO customers and identify opportunities within major mine sites and Original Equipment Manufacturers.
- Recommend and implement approved sales and marketing targets in all areas of the business to ensure that their sales objectives are achieved
- Grow margin and sales revenue in specific region and targets set and identified by Sales Management
- Coordinate sales activities, which includes quoting new business
- Understand Customer Service operations including order processes and stock movements
- Evaluate ideas and suggestions for new products, in conjunction with investigating market opportunities and recommending exploitation of economically attractive products
- Identify, investigate, and prepare recommendations to secure major accounts in conjunction with the Distributors as required
Skills and Experience:
- Hydraulic hose & fittings experience is essential
- Enjoy travel in a fast-paced climate
- Proven experience in meeting monthly and annual sales targets
- Sound verbal and written communication
- Be motivated to recognise and capitalise on opportunities which in turn expand the business
- Have a passion for providing premier customer service
