Ltd., which is Japan's largest commercial car park operator.Our vision is to be the leader in the markets we operate - as judged by the customers we serve, and this is grounded in our commitment to provide a seamless experience across every step of the customer journey.Secure Parking's core values are People First, Resilience, Integrity, Daring and PassionateWe are looking for a Secure Tech Engineer who will support access controls and parking systems installed in our car parks and ensure that they are at their optimum capacity and capability.They must have experience in IT infrastructure systems, commercial electrical trades, and troubleshooting and fault diagnostics.Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent pro-active service to customers by anticipating customer needs and/or complaints & responding quickly to resolve any problems
- Ensure all equipment faults are handled within agreed service levels, recorded & promptly followed up.
- Ensure a timely response to scheduled maintenance activities as per agreed service levels;
- Successfully install and maintain Car Park systems under direction from Senior SecureTech Engineer and/or Project manager.
- Ensure accurate and reliable maintenance of spare parts inventory records.
- Carry out projects in accordance with the annual project plan.
- Carry out projects in accordance with Secure Parking project management framework.
- Ensure that all system documentation, including drawings and procedures, are relevant and up to date.
- Attend the recurring SecureTech Team meetings and other meetings as required and contribute to project and operational review and planning.
- Share rotational 24/7 on call duties with local state SecureTech Team members and other out of hour's support that may arise.
- Establish and maintain effective and harmonious work relationships with colleagues and supervisors for the smooth operation of the car park.
- Participate in staff training and development activities to assist in the achievement of individual and work objectives. This includes an expectation that all employees will learn and utilise new technology.
