About the role

The Securities Consultantis responsible for instructing solicitors to prepare documents,actioning sale/purchase settlements as necessary.
Ensure all financial requests are met within SLA and are of quality
Documentation and securities in a timely manner
Appropriately manage customer expectations
Ensure all searches,verification done on behalf of the bank are accurate
Ensure all checks and controls are in place to prevent potential loss to the bank
Role Location: ANZ House, Suva
Role Type: Permanent / Full time
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Sound knowledge of retail/commercial lending policies
Ability to accurately answer queries regarding
Ability to share and transfer knowledge effectively
Ability to recognise, analyse concerns and complaints
Good communication skills
