Security Architect

Your new company

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Architect to join a major financial services company based in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud security and be able to design and implement secure cloud-based solutions.

Your new role

• Develop and maintain Security Architecture for cloud-based applications
• Design and implement security controls for cloud infrastructure
• Conduct security assessments of cloud-based systems
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
• Work with development teams to ensure secure coding practices are followed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and vulnerabilities

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in information security
• Experience with cloud security tools such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Centre, or Google Cloud Security Command Centre
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
