Principal Security Consultant PgMO LC4S PgMO 2.6 Systems and Software Engineering - System Security - L3 NV1 Russell Offices, Canberra ACT
The Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience in the development of management strategies for cyber and information security for relevant Government, military or corporate systems, Military Systems and ICT security design, network management, VPNs, switching and routing;
ICT security management, security accreditation and system hardening; and/ or
System documentation, SOP development and change documentation.
Essential Experience and / or Qualifications:
Bachelor of Information Technology or relevant Engineering discipline and/or Certified Red Hat Administrator or equivalent (preferred) and/ or
Highly Desirable Experience and / or Qualifications
Previous experience (or exposure) in penetration testing within the Defence environment (preferred), including exposure to DSOC (preferred) or a CSSLP to incorporate security practices and methodologies (preferred);
Minimum of 2 years experience in Linux/ Unix systems management or administration;
3 years with the following one or more qualifications or equivalent:
CREST (Council of Registered Ethical Security Testers) certified or similar (preferred);
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP);
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM);
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); or
Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
