Security Contract Manager - Parramatta

Currently, we have an opening for a site-based senior manager role at one of our newly established premium corporate sites in Parramatta. Collaborating closely with the client's facility team, the Contract/Business Manager will oversee and manage the security of the Parramatta Square precinct and the on site security team. With full Workforce management of a team of approximately 30 staff, including a site Supervisor and a 24/7 control room, and will be supported by the State Business Manager. Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining strong and positive client partnershipsOperational and Workforce management of all security personnel providing services at the precinct and customer service focused security team, to provide exceptional high-end security services.Planning, organising and directing the operational and administrative activities on a day-to-day basis, as well as proposing and implementing proactive measures to improve performance.Develop and maintain both client and internal business goals, plans, and strategies through analysing performance data, reporting, and identifying client needs, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance at all times. Providing prompt attention to any compliments and complaints, ensuring corrective action and preventative measures are implemented, ensuring shared learning, and communication to the relevant stakeholders.Completing site inspections and account audits, including generating, analysing and providing KPI reports and supporting documents to client band the business. We are committed to diversity and welcome candidates who can demonstrate the following skills, experience, and qualities: Minimum 5 years experience in a senior management role, preferably in the security industry. Previous experience in leading a high-end service delivery with a strong workforce focus.Working knowledge of the National Employment standards and the Fair work Act. and ability to interpret and apply awards and industrial instrumentsStrong written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite.Excellent time management abilities and multitasking skills.A solid focus on delivering exceptional customer service.Possession of Cert IV in Security Risk Management or equivalent tertiary qualifications is highly regarded.Effective management of both internal and external stakeholders, including liaising with tenants, property managers/owners, NSWPOL, etc.Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.Ability to thrive under pressure.Training experience in the security industry, will he highly regraded Full working rights.
