ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and customer service focused individuals to join our Event Security team. This role has responsibility to coordinate Event Security across Allianz Stadium and the iconic Sydney Cricket & Sports Ground. This role will see you help lead and develop our Event Security team and work on Event Security requirements from conception to completion, developing all required security risk assessments, documentation and briefings in compliance with the Security & Emergency Framework.

ABOUT YOU
Ideal applicants will ideally have the following:
- Demonstrated leadership skills in the management of a large transient team
- NSW Security Licence 1ACE
- Budget and rostering experience
- Proven ability to create and maintain positive team culture
- Ensure safety and security consistently in line with security risk assessments
This is your chance to experience the challenge of working in the dynamic Events industry and you will need to be able to hit the ground running and demonstrate the relevant skills and enthusiasm to join our Security team.
This role is required to work on a 5 day a week roster requiring business hour attendance and inclusive of some weekend work dependent on event schedules.
