Role Overview
Key competences:
- Excellent team management skills
- Capable of working with Cx0 level stakeholder
- Broad understanding of IT Security principles, standards and practices associated with networks, internet, email, operating systems, firewalls, VPN's, databases, virus management, intrusion detection, cryptography, and e-commerce, with high level expertise/specialisation in several of these fields.
- Experience in identity and access management Security solutions - implementation, administration, and maintenance
- Ability to work within targets and deadlines with minimum supervision
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving competencies
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can work collaborative with various business units
Specific activities required:
- Leading the IAM Security Services and designs in APAC with a focus on Cloud and LIAM, GIAM and AzzureAD. Mandatory and proven technology knowledge of ForgeRock, Ping and OneID.
- Work with CxO level stakeholders in explaining the IAM concepts for endorsements and approvals.
- Align with the Global IAM Security Services managers and act as representative for APAC
- Coordinate, prioritise and plan tasks and manage workload across team members for IAM topics
- Perform line management duties for direct reports.
- Act as a technical mentor for direct reports.
- Be the escalation point for the Security and IAM teams.
- Be the conduit for the team for other (IT and business) stakeholders.
- Provide SME input in change processes (IR's and Projects) and support implementation.
- Provide SME input in and support audits in security related processes.
- Ensure team resilience by actively cross skilling team members on all functions.
- Support management with requests for periodical and ad-hoc reports.
- Actively support continuous process improvement.
- Promote security awareness to users.
