Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and reliable individual to join our team as a Monday-Friday Part-Time/full time Security Key Cutter/Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key orders, communicating with customers, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records in our Aroflo system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check emails daily and collate key orders promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone to address inquiries and process orders.
• Enter orders accurately into our Aroflo system.
• Cut keys with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure timely dispatch of keys via post and courier services.
• Process payments securely and efficiently.
• Update information and maintain records in our Aroflo system.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in key cutting or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in email communication and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
