Casual role for Security Officers with Control room and Concierge experience
Shifts ranging from 4 hour shifts to 12 hour shifts

About the role
MSS Security is looking for Security Officers to provide Control room and Concierge services at multiple client sites across Melbourne CBD. The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:
Monitor CCTV footage to ensure that assets are protected, to detect any signs of a security breach
Escalate issues if any to relevant MSS managers
Create and issue access passes for contractors, clients and customers on site
Maintain logs, completing necessary paperwork and use of computer systems
Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries
Skills & experience
Verifiable experience in Control room and Concierge duties
Current VIC Security Licence with control room licence
Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
Victorian drivers’ licence
Current First Aid and CPR
Full availability through the week to pick up shifts - Day as well as Night work available
