About the Role

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team, providing exceptional customer service, , builiding strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Foot patrols
• Respond to incidents and perform fire warden duties
• Escort students and customers where required
• Maintain logs and records of occurrences, completing necessary paperwork
• Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries

Skills & Experience

• Current VIC Security Licence
• Completed a Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• Current driver licence
• Have unrestricted availability to work a 24/7 roster
