Responsibilities:
- Elevate the service delivery outcomes for our various commercial, schooling and government clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, providing regular updates and follow up.
- Create and manage service requests, predominantly for security related services such: security officer services, electronic security service and maintenance.
- Communicate with staff and contractors regarding job schedules, progress and outcomes.
- Execute all tasks with strict adherence to company policies and processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Foster open communication with management to ensure service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Proactively identify and report opportunities for improvement.
- General office admin and operational support as required.
To fulfil the responsibilities outlined for the role, a candidate would ideally possess the following key experiences:
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service across various client types
- Experience and proficiency in creating and managing service requests, particularly in security-related services such as security officer services, electronic security service, and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both internal staff and external contractors and clients.
- Prior experience working within a structured organizational environment with a focus on strict adherence to company policies and processes. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, particularly in the security services industry, to ensure compliance and efficiency in service delivery.
- Proven track record of proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in service delivery processes and procedures.
