About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Security & Safety, the Security Project & Systems Officer will provide support to a range of project related activity within the Security Control Room and Systems Upgrade Project including organisation and documentation for meetings; delivery of specific project work within timelines and working closely with stakeholders to ensure planning objectives are met with minimal disruption to operations.
In addition, the role will provide support to the Security team with a range of set and adhoc administrative duties and also oversee the ongoing administering and programming of the security and access control systems across all RMH sites. The role will also be responsible for providing audits and conducting compliance checks and reports both for security and other units within the organisation.
About you
- Degree level qualification in relevant field (desirable)
- Prior professional administrative and/or project management experience is preferred
- An understanding of the processes, structures and functions of a large Public Health Organisation
- Excellent working knowledge of security and access control systems
- Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues as a member of the project team
- Ability to remain flexible and respond to additional/changeable responsibilities as required
- Ability to define, articulate and document processes and procedures
