Secure Parking is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage all of the project related activities required to deliver a timely and quality outcome for the organisation with respect to assigned projects/change activities.

This includes definition and management of scope; management of budgets; management of resources and resource assignments to tasks; management of suppliers, resolution of issues, risk management and communications between involved stakeholders.

Lead business gatherings, manage vendors, and spearhead projects with profound business implications. Ideal for proactive self-starters seeking to deliver tangible value within our burgeoning PMO framework.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technology

• Responsible for infrastructure standards, the definition, documentation and maintenance there of

• Ensure there is effective and efficient communication between Finance, Commercial, Sales and PMO and IT teams

• Responsible for thought leadership and is the subject matter expert for all infrastructure technologies and processes within Secure Parking Car Park Management

Change Management

• Develop and implement change management practices as they apply to corporate application infrastructure
• Responsible for the change management of infrastructure documentation within the proposed IT Knowledge base
• Responsible for the development and implementation of acceptance testing practices for the approval of Infrastructure and Operations related project deliveries

Project Delivery

• Manage third party infrastructure Project Managers and their project delivery as required by the Head of Project Management
• Lead the implementation of selected systems, collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. Your guidance will ensure a smooth transition and a lasting positive impact.
• Manage deployment of technology project work into Secure Parking Car Park Management's environment`

Stakeholder Management

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, councillors, and external vendors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the program lifecycle.
• Accountable for completion of applicable outsourcing activities on all steps of the lifecycle of the outsourcing agreement and ensuring that any regulatory requirements relating to outsourcing are met.
• Identifying and assessing supplier and third party risks, working with Retail, Tech and Operations teams to plan and mitigate risks and manage business continuity

Our ideal candidate requires:

1. Proven vendor side consulting, delivery, and project management experience
2. 10+ years project management
3. 5+ years Vendor Relationship Management and/or Procurement
4. Significant experience in project management with emphasis on strong project governance, planning and control, risk and issue management.
5. Strong leadership and change management skills with experience in end to end delivery of significant business system and complex business change projects.
6. Excellent stakeholder management experience, in particular the ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders across business areas, functions and the organisation with a focus on achieving high quality outcomes.
7. Proven ability to manage end to end commercial engagements with contracted vendors and deliver strong innovative outcomes in a complex resourcing environment.
8. Relevant formal qualifications and certifications, or working towards same eg Cert IV,PMBOK, PRINCE, AGILE
