We are seeking Security Service Technicians to work on the installation of innovative home technology.

The Company

The Role
As an Security Service Technician, you will be responsible for the handover, servicing, and some installation of intelligent home solutions into residential homes.
Whilst your role may vary, you will typically be tasked with:
- Test smart wiring, security, intercom, CCTV and AV equipment prior to handing over to clients
- Communicate with clients and effectively handover the equipment offering guidance and technical support
- Work with multidisciplinary trades, trades assistants, and Service Technicians on the installation of residential home technology
- Review assigned jobs and ensure any potential queries are dealt with including any equipment issues.
- Maintain sufficient levels of materials required in your vehicle to enable efficient job completion on site and to meet the expectations of the company.
- Complete assigned jobs within timeframe whilst achieving a high level of client satisfaction
- Foster a culture of work, health, and safety
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in such a way that is appropriate to the end user
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to develop knowledge and skills as training will be provided
- Construction industry white card, security licence and police clearance or willing to obtain
- Manual Driver's License
