We have an exciting career opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team at a site based in Corio, VIC.

You will work closely with all key stakeholders of the building management team, so excellent client and customer service skills are essential.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensuring staff are present onsite at the required time
• Providing Team Leadership, support and mentoring to ensure staff adhere to standard operating procedures
• Monitoring attendance and wellbeing and following up with staff as necessary
• Providing feedback to staff on their performance
• Responding to client queries and complaints
• Escalation of client concerns to the appropriate MSS Manager
• Ensuring awareness of and compliance with any contractual KPI's

Skills & experience

• Leading the Security Team each shift to ensure all contractual requirements are met
• Provision of detailed, accurate and timely incident reports
• Oversight and management of issuing of visitor passes
• Provision of site briefings as required
• Training and mentoring of new staff
