What we are looking for
- Most importantly you are well presented, have great communication skills and are reliable.
- You are energetic, confident by nature and confident about your knowledge and skills
- You are a Security Technician with a passion for quality and an eye for detail.
- Knowledge in electronic security surveillance with skills in IP security cameras/CCTV, VMS, intercoms, access control and Alarm systems.
- You have a strong skill level in Access Control systems, such as, Integriti, Gallagher, Tecom C4 and Tecom challenger.
- Experience in Video Management Systems such as Geuterbruck, March Networks and Vivotek.
- You have minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- You have a valid Driver’s Licence, New South Wales Security Registration, Open Cable Licence, Elevated Work Platform Licence, Construction Card and are an Australian Resident/Citizen.
Responsibilities Include
- Installing & servicing a wide range of alarm/security systems, CCTV systems, intercom systems, access control and integrated systems.
- Performing preventative maintenance for security systems.
- Liaising with key customers on technical and service matters.
- Cooperating closely with the team to attend service call outs as they arise.
- Always providing outstanding customer service to clients.
- Demonstrating ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.
