Responsibilities:
Installations Technician:
- Execute the installation and configuration of CCTV, Access Controls, Alarms, and Intercoms for commercial client projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful and timely project completion.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine project requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of security systems.
- Respond promptly to service calls and address technical issues.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Keep detailed records of service activities and report back to the team.
- Proven experience in the installation and/or servicing of security systems.
- Familiarity with major security system brands such as Gallagher, Integriti, Tecom, Milestone, and Inception.
- Valid driver's license and Security Licence (Class 2C).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
