Ktronics is a growing & innovative electronic security company, based on Sydney's Nothern Beaches, where we specialise in the design, supply, installation & maintenance of high-end security systems throughout Greater Sydney.

As a market leader with over 30 years combined industry experience, we deliver a variety of security and technology projects direct to end user clients & construction contractors in residential, government & commercial sectors.

As the successful applicant, your duties as a Security Technician will include but not be limited to: 

⦁ Service & maintenance on high end residential & commercial electronic  security systems incl. Paradox, Tecom, Integrity, Lenel & Genetec
⦁ Installation of cabling and cameras 
⦁ Setting up, servicing and maintaining equipment 
⦁ Liaising onsite with clients
⦁ Following work health and safety policies and procedures 

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

⦁ Full Australian working rights
⦁ Ability to work unsupervised / autonomously / be a motivated self starter with a can do attitude
⦁ Attention to detail with high level of problem solving skills
⦁ Min. 3 years experience working within the electronic security service  industry or similar.
⦁ High level of experience within the commercial sector
⦁ Experience with Inner Range or Challenger systems
⦁ Experience with IP CCTV systems
⦁ Current Licenses Required: Driver, Security, Cabler  
⦁ Have excellent communication & customer service skills

⦁ Experience with other security and CCTV systems (eg: Lenel, Cardax, Milestone, Genetec, Axis, Mobotix etc)
⦁ Experience in automation systems such as RTI or Crestron
⦁ Experience Installing / Programming / Commissioning security systems
⦁ Experience installing Intercom systems
⦁ EWP ticket
⦁ White Card
⦁ Australian Government Department of Defence Baseline clearance
