About the Role
We are seeking a Security Technician all rounder to service our existing client base who also possesses the ability to provide customer sales and relations in the Manning Great Lakes area.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing of existing security, CCTV & access control systems
- Installation of security, CCTV & access control systems
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Provide a superior customer experience and a high level of engagement with all customers
- Work with existing technical, operations and accounts teams to deliver seamless customer experience.
Skills & Experience
- 5 years technical experience in the electronic security industry.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal.
- Ability to discuss our services & products with intelligence & confidence
- High work ethics, integrity, and honesty
- A positive hard-working attitude
- The ability to learn and adapt to new and emerging technologies
- Commitment to delivering a superior customer experience.
