Fields Security and Data is a young energetic but well experienced South Australian company. Our company has been on a steady and continuous growth in the private, commercial, mining, government and education sectors, we are currently recruiting across multiple disciplines, Electronic Security, Electrical and Communications. We provide and install solutions and applications for CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems, Data Networks and Electrical integrations.
The Role
- Installing cutting edge technology and Solutions
- Supporting critical and essential services across various sectors
- Providing planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across a variety of systems
- Use, interpret and apply complex or advanced drawings and diagrams
- Use mobile devices and computer applications such as Office365 and Microsoft Suite to complete daily tasks
- Installation (1st and 2nd fix) and commissioning

Skills and Experience
- Proven data comms, electronic security and/or electrical installation experience
- A track record for great craftsmanship, with a strong sense of pride for works performed
- Dual trades, Comms/Electrical, Comms/Security and/or Security/Electrical an advantage
- Knowledge and experience with IT systems and computer skills would be an advantage
- Ready to learn new technologies and grow with new experiences
- Reliable with a proven ability to work well within a team and autonomously

- Physically fit and can perform a range of activities
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Qualifications
Applicants must have some of the following:
- Electrical License or equivalent
- ACMA Open Cabler Registration with competencies/endorsements or equivalent Certificate 3 in Telecommunications qualification
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (or equivalent)
- Security System Installer Licence
- Australian Driver’s Licence
- Construction Industry Induction (White card)
- Yellow Card / EWP Licence

Working Hours
This is a full-time position with hours ranging from standard trade hours between 7am and 5pm, 40 hours per week. A possibility for regional and interstate travel from time to time.
