Our Federal Government client is seeking a Security Training Administrator at the APS 5 level to support the delivery of Security Policy, Training and Culture Section.
In this role, the successful candidate will be:
- managing the Security Training inbox providing well considered guidance and timely advice to enquiries
- providing administrative support for the design, development, delivery and evaluation of training courses and awareness initiatives
- developing and maintaining Security Training content on the intranet, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), guidance material and Standard Operating Procedures
Skills & experience
The hiring manager is seeking a person who works well in a small team environment, applies self-initiative, operates autonomously, can prioritise workloads in order to meet tight deadlines and has excellent administrative and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in an adult learning environment is desired but not essential.
This opportunity is within the Australian Public Service. In order to be considered, please note that candidates must be an Australian Citizen at time of application and hold a minimum Negative Vetting 1 security clearance.
