- Develop and deliver engaging lessons in alignment with the Australian Curriculum and school standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes student engagement and collaboration.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to a cohesive learning community.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the student experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area.
- Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration or eligibility.
- Previous experience teaching secondary students, preferably within the Australian education system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
