As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join our site at Sunshine. An exciting prospect for someone who is passionate about customers, wants to be part of a thriving and diverse team, delivering on exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities of this role
- Lead the sales team to achieve the site sales targets;
- Maximise revenue through growing site occupancy and/or rates per square meter;
- A hands-on management approach and ability to lead by example;
- A strong training focus, with the ability to inspire and mentor your team to success;
- Be able to follow store procedures and processes;
- A competent communicator with developed negotiation skills;
- Ability to create relationships and network within the community; and
- Full-Time (38 Hours).

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in business management and site operations within a storage/bulky goods retail environment;
- Exceptional selling skills and the ability to build repeat business;
- Proven experience with people leadership and performance management, driving KPI’s and sales targets;
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills; and
- Proven computer and literacy skills.
